Montessori Kid’s Land Academy was founded by Lalita Bakshi in 2006 in Redlands, CA where Lalita has lived with her family for more than 30 years. Lalita Bakshi is a Montessori Certified Director, Teacher & Trainer. Her passion in life has always been to take care of children and invest in their futures as an educator.

Before founding Montessori Kid’s Land Academy, Lalita had already been gaining valuable and practical experience as a Site-Director at multiple child care centers in Redlands, and the surrounding community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, a degree in Child Development, and a Montessori Methodology Certification, and is still furthering her education in this field.

She is also a member of AMS and NAMC Associations. Along with her highly qualified and loving staff, Lalita has seen Kid’s Land Academy grow into two locations, always striving to continue to improve the quality of care provided to the children in this community. With the overwhelming amount of support and positive feedback regarding Montessori Kid’s Land Academy in the community, she has decided to fulfill her dream of providing the highest level of child education and care by bringing Montessori Kid’s Land Academy to the families of Redlands.

MKLA was also founded by Lalita Bakshi in July 2014 and now in 5 years, Lalita has reached her goal for MKLA to be known as a safe and high-quality learning child care center. Our google reviews speak about our safe and quality child care program.
